Reception Safety
Welcoming guest from the airport to your room became safer and faster. Private transfers and express
check in procedures offer a smooth arrival.
Arriving guests will be provided with sanitizers and reception area will be disinfected frequently.
Contactless Social conveniences/ interactions
Social distancing is not opposite to hospitality. Popular mobile apps – including our own – are available,
in order to offer contactless information and services for your convenience.

Preparing your room with care is not enough. Disinfectants are used regularly and custom made
housekeeping services are provided upon request.
All public areas and high touch spaces are frequently disinfected during the day
Pool and common areas are equipped with sanitizing stations and measures for safe distancing have been applied.
